GQWEST successfully conducted their 2nd year of business seminar last July 24 at Emperial Palace, Tomas Morato with a theme of "Branding". The seminar was attended by Aquabest and Aquaquest franchisess coming from various places in the metro and even from the province. The 1 day Seminar was facilitated by GQWEST’s Customer Care Service Department headed by Ms. Sam Ho and the topics were exhorted by Mr. Edward L. Cunanan of Nitrix Consultancy. Topics were about brand awareness and the importance of building the brand in business. Discussed also in the seminar are topics and guidelines on proper way of giving the best customer service for the end consumers. |
