Aquabest Business and Customer Service Seminar

GQWEST conducted A Business and Customer Service Seminar last November 21 and 22 at PHINMA Training Center, Tagaytay City. The 2-day Seminar was facilitated by GQWEST’s Customer Care Service Department headed by Ms. Sam Ho with the auspice of Mr. Eduardo L. Cunanan of Nitrix Consultancy. Attended by 40 Aquabest franchisees, the seminar tackled topics about brand awareness and the importance of building the brand in business. Discussed also in the seminar are topics and guidelines on proper way of giving the best customer service for the end consumers.


GQWEST is planning to make this training seminar an annual activity not only for Aquabest but also for their other brands to further support their franchisees and training them how to perform the best customer service for the benefit of our valued customers.
