GQWEST, Inc. specializes in the design, manufacture, sales and servicing of Water Treatment Systems for household, commercial and industrial use.

It is the objective of GQWEST, Inc. to supply products that are fit for use and have the desired quality in accordance with customer requirements and specifications as well as to industry accepted product specifications. Our customers expect safe, reliable and optimum cost products delivered on time.

To achieve the above objective and to effectively address customer expectations, GQWEST, Inc. is totally committed to implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System which is based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

Quality problems arising in various areas are to be identified and solved with speed, technical efficiency and economy. We focus our resources, both technical and human resources, towards the prevention of quality deficiencies to satisfy the organizational goal of "being right the first time...every time".

The successful operation of the Quality Management System relies upon the full hearted cooperation and involvement of all personnel - from top management down to the lowest ranked employee of GQWEST, Inc.  The company motto with the acronym Q.S.V.T. encompasses our commitment to Quality, Service, Value and Technology.  It is our commitment to total customer satisfaction in terms of quality for the entire range of its products and related services. The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is authorized to ensure that the requirements of this Quality Management System are implemented.  Any problem that cannot be resolved between departments or personnel is brought to his attention for final resolution. If necessary, the QMR may call on the support and assistance of any or all parties who may have expertise, experience or knowledge of the possible solution to identified problems.
